The Discipleship Training School (DTS), is designed to encourage students to develop in personal character, to cultivate a living, growing relationship with God, and to identify their unique individual gifts and callings in God. The course aims to help students enter into a deeper relationship and greater knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ by developing a daily growing walk with Him. The course is six months, the first three months is the lecture phase where students and staff are immersed into indepth study of the word of God as well as worship and intercession throughout the week. The latter three months is called the outreach phase where the school is broken up into teams and sent out over seas on a missions trip. The ministry could include anything from teaching in churches to building, mercy ministries, or open air preaching, and working with Kids. Our base  focuses on injustice around the world. We have an outreach team in Indonesia right now working with YWAM Bali setting up a safe house for women coming out of prostitution where they will be discipled and taught a trade to support their families.

WHEN?

Our Discipleship Training School starts up this September 6, 2012 and ends March 3rd, 2013.

The cost of the Discipleship Training School is 7,000 U.S. dollars.  This covers room and board during your stay with us on Kauai AND the outreach portion of the school which includes airfares, housing, and food.
